Sarah is an actor and teacher, director, artist, director, writer, and voiceover artist who was born in San Antonio, Texas. She moved to Chicago 2013 in her teens. She has a BFA from the University of Southern California in acting and was awarded the 2013, Best Actress Award by the LA Weekly for her performance in The Belle of Belfast. Sarah is also the host of The ADHD Artist podcast.

Sarah talks about the inspiration for the podcast, how she keeps her focus when performing, and how easily she gets distracted during auditions and rehearsals. Sarah believes Mindfulness meditation saved both her career and life. She also shares an incident where she was completely lost on stage during a performance.
