In this episode, Eric is joined by Adam Coutts. Adam has been teaching meditation for 20 many years via his weekly sitting groups and 25-hour class, as well as one-on-one coaching. Adam has been practicing meditation daily for 30 many years. He has also lived in monasteries across America and Asia. Adam has also been researching his ADHD for the past 10 and has been leading mindfulness meditation for ADHD courses for the last four years.

Eric and Adam will discuss the importance of meditation, sleep, and exercise. Adam will share his practical techniques for starting a meditation program, how to forgive yourself and how meditation helped him calm his wandering mind.
