Depression is the most commonly diagnosed mental health condition. The signs of depression are often hard to spot. But, did you know that the term “depression” can refer to multiple different diagnoses? Major depressive disorder, persistent depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, seasonal affective disorder, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, atypical depression, and psychotic depression are some of the few that we discuss.
