Your Key to Recovering From Depression and Anxiety

In this video, author and mental health educator Douglas Bloch shows why the key to recovering from depression and anxiety is “setting the intention to heal.” This means making the decision to get well–even if you don’t know how your healing will occur. To support this healing, I show the viewer how to create an “intention statement,” which is a mental picture that describes how you would look and feel like if you were free of the symptoms of depression and anxiety.
