431 | TBI, ADHD, Homelessness, and Reinventing Self

In this episode, we’re meeting Jason Boughn, a life coach specializing in tools to address ADHD. He is open to neurodiversity of any type and neurotypical individuals! Jason is able to easily evoke a storyteller’s story and get to the core of the matter. Our reality is shaped by the stories we tell ourselves, and those that are more compatible with others. Jason is passionate about rewriting our own stories to create beautiful experiences in life.

Jason tells his story about his brain injury, how it affected his life, and how ADHD manifestations are similar to traumatic brain injuries (TBI). Jason will also share his emotions, including acting out, not fitting in and his passion for learning.

You’ll hear his story about relationships, his compassion through those relationships, how they helped him overcome homelessness and the events that led to this chapter of his life.
