In this episode, Eric is joined by Allison Lieberman, a licensed marriage and family therapist, is certified in postpartum mental health, and is a new-mom coach! She hosts The New Mama Mentor Pod, which helps moms to find balance and peace in chaotic lives.

Allison will share her story about ADHD and how it affected her practice. She’ll also discuss how her pregnancy and postpartum anxiety impacted her family.

Eric and Allison then dive into her work to educate new mothers, the things she has learned with postpartum ADHD, sensory processing and overstimulation, as well as the effects of stress and distinguishing between ADHD and trauma.
