Just like any other health issue, Depression is also a Mental Health Problem and one can fully recover from it. People often ignore it and suggest/follow general advice like “let’s go on a vacation” or “let’s have a party”. It’s possible to recover from depression. These things will not cure depression.
This video explains how Clinical Depression differs from the sadness and frustrations of daily life. I also discuss the causes and symptoms of Clinical Depression. I ended up recommending some guidelines for those suffering from depression or those close to them.

You can also contact the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) for free and confidential support. Depression is treatable , and a variety of resources are being developed daily to help those affected.
