The more I learn about rejection sensitive dysphoria the more I understand of why I was so sensitive growing up as a kid and had no idea why?

Rejection sensitive dysphoria is very common among people like us that have ADHD and we tend to be emotionally hypersensitive. Over the years I had a hard time explaining why I was so emotional but I found ways to help manage my hyper emotional feelings while growing up.
